We say it time and time again but with live TV, anything can happen.
And it has become a running joke on This Morning that its brand new competition just can't seem to go to plan.
The Spin To Win game was introduced earlier this month when the daytime favourite was extended by half an hour.
But so far we have seen one viewer win a holiday to Edinburgh - which is lovely except it is where she lives - and another get completely cut off.
So it's no surprised that Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's attempt on Friday didn't quite go to plan either.
The ITV programme's phones appeared to be completely broken as the show made four attempts to call viewers to absolutely no avail.
Addressing the awkward situation, Eamonn said: "I think it's our end, our phones are bojaxed.
"We'll say goodbye to the wheel now but now we'll talk about health."
And of course, viewers didn't let the moment go quietly - and they were all saying the same thing.
"#ThisMorning haven't paid their phone bill," tweeted one.
A second echoed: "Who didn't pay the phone bill then lol #thismorning."
Others joked: "Just phone me #thismorning I'll soon answer spin to win. DM me for number."
"'Spin to Win' has been a roaring success I must say #ThisMorning."
