This Morning hosts burst out with laughter after Alice Beer shuts door on cameraman live on-air

Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield were left laughing after This Morning consumer specialist Alice Beer accidentally shut the door on her cameraman.

Alice was live in Wiltshire showing the hosts around a £475,000 home which will benefit from the new stamp duty holiday announced by Rishi Sunak during his summer economic review.

As Alice headed on into the house, she forgot to open the second door to allow her cameraman, Andy, enough room to get in.

You can see the moment Alice apologises as her cameraman trips through the door.

"I'm sorry Andy, I've shut the door on you!" she said before the cameras cut back to a hysterical Holly and Phil, "So it's got underfloor heating... oh, one of those moments!".

She then added "How much have you been eating on furlough you naughty boy!".

Alice was appearing on the show to review how some of the Chancellor's announcements would benefit the public, including the 'Eat Out to Help Out' offer:

"'Eat Out to Help Out' now that's a headline, you can imagine them coming up with that one.

"That one, is when you go out in August to eat, you will get 50% off the bill up to £10 per head, well, that's great, so if Andy the cameraman and go out for dinner and it costs £40, it's going to cost us £20 less."

This Morning returns from 10am every weekday morning.
