More than 200 This Morning viewers lodged official complaints against the show after a guest made a comment about Meghan Markle.
Last Thursday (April 15), Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were joined by Julia Hartley Brewer and Nicola Thorp for the regular 'This Morning View' segment.
The presenters and guests discussed various news headlines, including a picture released by the Royal Family following the death of Prince Philip, ahead of his funeral which took place on Saturday afternoon.
The family image showed the Duke of Edinburgh sat alongside the Queen, who were both surrounded by seven of their great-grandchildren.
It was taken at Balmoral Castle in 2018 by the Duchess of Cambridge.
But some This Morning viewers became angry over a comment Julia made about Meghan.
Speaking about the image, Julia said: "I wonder if Meghan [Markle] has managed to take offence to this photograph because it doesn't include her son."

Host Dermot stepped in to end the debate after Nicola hit back at Julia's comments.
But now Ofcom has confirmed to the Manchester Evening News that 203 complaints were made to the broadcasting watchdog after some viewers objected to Julia Hartley Brewer’s comments about the Duchess of Sussex.
The complaints are now being assessed to decide whether they'll be investigated.
