This Morning fans thought they were "going mad" today as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield kicked off the show.
The presenting pair welcomed viewers to the show and explained what was coming up on the programme.
Holly also celebrated as she told Phil that her mum had had her vaccine, she said: "She's in the over 70s category so she got the call and she'd had it this morning, it's such a relief."
Phil then went on to say what stories they were going to cover that day, but then only seconds later he read the same link out.
Holly interrupted him and said "We've already said that Phil, what's going on?"
Phil then revealed it was Groundhog Day today, in reference to the film where weatherman Phil lives the same day over and over again.
They then said they would be going live to America later where locals would be releasing a groundhog, who would hopefully predict the day Spring would arrive.
But viewers at home were left very confused, with many of them left wondering what was going on.
Owen said: "Honestly thought I was going mad for a second."
Rachel Slavin said: "Wondered what on earth was going on."
