This Morning viewers were left feeling queasy after the woman with the biggest mouth in the world showed off exactly what she can do with it.
Samantha Ramsdell from Connecticut was declared by Guinness World Records as having the largest mouth in the world and the 31-year-old has built a huge following on TikTok to show off her 'talents'.
As befitting someone with a mouth that has an extraordinary circumference, placing items in there is what her followers are there for and it wasn't long before co-presenter Eamonn Holmes was asking what she can fit in there, in a rather more suggestive tone than he probably hoped for.
After introductions, it was down to business and Eamonn asked: "For our viewers throughout the United Kingdom who are watching today we really would appreciate it if you could show us how voluminous your mouth actually is."
Opening her mouth, Samantha pointed to its edges and confirmed it was 14 and a half centimetres wide and about seven inches high.
As Ruth started cringing, Samantha then placed an apple into her mouth without any real problems, reassuring Ruth beforehand that she is "professional, so don't worry".
Eamonn admitted as Samantha showed the fruit blocking up her gob: "That's hurting even looking at it, that's hurting."
Samantha then upped the ante by turning to a sub roll, stuffed full of her favourite filling.
Speaking about the videos she posts on social media, Samantha continued: "Every week I do a different sandwich and I have my go to turkey sandwich and I can fit this whole thing into my mouth."
Ruth questioned: "Sideways?"
Samantha confirmed: "Yeah, yeah I'll go for it."
Ruth and Eamonn then looked on in recoiled horror as Samantha stuffed the sandwich in to her mouth as Eamonn urged: "Don't gag."
With her mouth full of sandwich, a worried Ruth exclaimed as Samantha's eyes bulged: “Quick take it out”
Eamonn then summed it up by saying: "There you go folks, that's what it means to have the biggest mouth in the world."
Of course, viewers were suitably grossed out by what they were watching and took to Twitter in their droves to share their thoughts.
One viewer tweeted: "What did I just watch? Why did I watch it? I’m going for a walk…Jesus…. #ThisMorning "
Another asked: "Why ..Is she doing that ...we can see she has a big mouth .is this some kind of street theatre she does. #thismorning "
There were concerns that Samantha would prompt a viral craze, with one viewer tweeting: "Cue TikTok craze of kids shoving stuff in their mouths and then getting taken to A&E #thismorning "
Once food had been crammed into Samantha's mouth, viewers did not find it an appetising watch.
One tweeted: "Well that huge mouth was vile #ThisMorning "
While another viewer agreed: "That's so Disgusting #ThisMorning "
A third summed up the general feeling about the segment, writing: I’m sorry but it’s actually making me feel sick watching her ramming food in her mouth #ThisMorning "
