Ruth Langsford left This Morning viewers stunned today as she showed off her dance moves.
Ruth and Eamonn went over to the Loose Women to ask them what was coming up on today's show and they broke into dancing.
They encouraged Ruth to join in as a disco track played and she got up off the sofa and wiggled her hips and got into the groove.
Ruth, 60, impressed viewers watching at home as Gok Wan also danced away.
As the music came to a halt Ruth returned to the sofa and sat next to Eamonn and said: "Oh I miss a dance, I love a dance, Gok we need to go dancing."
Gok said: "Ruth you have some serious moves."
And Ruth replied: " Me and Anton always say if I was allowed to freestyle on Strictly who knows where we would have been.
"That took me back to my Plymouth days down at the Roxy, shout out to Plymouth and everyone who remembers the Roxy."
Viewers took to social media in their droves following Ruth's impressive display, saying they were "obsessed" with her moves.
