This Morning fans in tears over crying caller grieving deaths of dog and grandson

This Morning viewers were left in floods of tears after caller Ann spoke of her grief following the death of her dog and grandson.

Speaking to expert Emma Kenny during the phone-in today, she explained that her beloved dog had died unexpectedly aged eight this month.

She revealed that she had bought presents for her dog, who she explained as being her whole life, as it was their birthday later this month.

But on the day of what would have been her dog's birthday, she said that her 14-year-old grandson also tragically died.

Ann began to cry as she admitted she felt guilty for grieving her dog as well as her grandson.
