This Morning viewers were left heartbroken as Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford presented their penultimate show of the summer today.
The couple have been filling in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield over the last six weeks during the holidays.
Yet, Eamonn and Ruth won't be presenting the final week of the summer holidays, and will instead be replaced by Rochelle Humes and newcomer Vernon Kay.
The former I'm A Celebrity star will present the show with Rochelle from Monday until Thursday.
Upset fans took to Twitter today, with one tweeting with broken heart emojis: "Cant believe it's Eamonn and Ruth's last show tomorrow."
While another commented: "Last two days of Ruth and Eamonn #thismorning."
In December last year, it was revealed that Ruth and Eamonn would be replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary on Fridays, but would return for the holidays.
Their full-time job on This Morning has seen Ruth take a break from Loose Women, which she will likely return to it the autumn.
The couple's pending departure was confirmed on Friday's instalment of This Morning by host Eamonn himself.
As the show drew to a closer, the Irish star thanked viewers for tuning in and revealed that next week would be their "last week" hosting the daytime show.
“Thank you very much indeed, everybody. Thanks for watching today," he told viewers at home.

“Thanks for watching all this week. We’re back Monday to do it all again, it’s our last week, so I hope you can join us.”
Meanwhile, Vernon has been positive ahead of his new venture on daytime TV.
Speaking ahead of his This Morning debut, the 47-year-old said:“This Morning is the daytime go-to show, so to be asked to guest host on a show I’ve watched since its inception is a huge tick for me.
“I’m really looking forward to working with Rochelle and sitting on that famous sofa.”
