This Morning fans were left cringing today after a man kicked off at his milkman live on air today over him "delivering stuff he doesn't want".
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left stunned when their segment on "celebrating Britain's heroes" turned a little awkward today.
The pair were following Darren on his milkround amid the coronavirus pandemic.
However Darren turned up at one of his customers who he described as a "lovely chap" he had served for years.
Holding a crate of milk, orange juice and bread, he said passionately: "This is what we're going to do, the vulnerable people, the people in society, we're going to do it so well.
"We do it as a team."
Phil asked how his employer Milk & More and customers had said thank you to him.
"I've had so many cards of well wishes and thank yous and bottles of wine. My wife likes wine so..."
As he placed down the crate, the customer who had headed back inside his house could be heard.
But he didn't sound too grateful as he remarked: "You keep delivering stuff I don't want!"
"Ok, that's just a little bit we've got there, I'll take it back later," milkman Darren replied. "There's a few extra bits there."
Phil made a face and viewers were equally left cringing.
One tweeted: "'You’re delivering stuff I don’t want' What an ungrateful sod!️ #ThisMorning."
While another commented: "@thismorning omg so funny you keep delivering things I don’t want #thismorning."
A third questioned: "Did the old guy say that he was delivering things he don’t want !!! #ThisMorning."
"Darren: Here’s this customer I’ve served him for years!! Customer: STOP DELIVERING STUFF I DONT WANT LMAOOOOO #ThisMorning," another commented.
