This Morning fans 'can't watch' in panic as Joe Wicks' toddler sits on counter top

Joe Wicks returned to This Morning on Thursday, with some new meals to treat viewers too.

He shook it up a little this time around though, preparing foods for kids to help parents with the weaning process.

Joe has created a book for parents to help them move babies and toddlers onto a more adult diet.

The book is also there for those parents wanting to encourage their older kids to eat healthier.

Promoting the new book on the show, Joe decided to show hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield how to make two tasty treats.

He had a testing buddy on standby, in the form of his adorable 20-month-old daughter Indie.

Indie came in to try out his delicious berry pancakes, and viewers couldn't handle how sweet she was.

Joe picked up the little one, and placed her on the giant counter besides the plate.

He told Phil and Holly he'd be supporting her to keep her safe, while she tested the pancakes - which she certainly enjoyed.

She carried on eating them as he prepared to make the second item on his list.

Reaching out for the pancakes as her dad moved them, little Indie shuffled further across to the centre of the table to get her fix of the berries.

That didn't stop viewers panicking though every time she moved, with many not keen on the toddler being left on the counter top.

One fan urged: "Please take the kid of the kitchen top hearts going 100 mph here."

Another confessed: "Please put the toddler on the floor, I can't watch."

A third agreed: "He needs to get his kid off the side."

This was echoed by a fourth viewer who tweeted: "Health & safety?!"

Joe did pick up his little one shortly after, and carried her as he showcased his food to the hosts.

This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
