This Morning viewers were left raising their eyebrows today as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield continued to pretend the show was live - despite filming it this week.
For the first time ever, ITV aired Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and This Morning at Christmas, with the hosts acting excited over the festive day.
But after realising that GMB had been pre-recorded, viewers clocked onto the fact that all of the programmes were not live.
As Holly and Phil guzzled booze and tucked into festive treats, viewers took to Twitter.
One tweeted: " #ThisMorning why do they pretend that this is live?!"
While another commented: "Why are #ThisMorning pretending that the show is live."
A third wrote: "Not live. You can tell by subtitles . Put it off when saw #schofield and #holly have we not suffered enough this year #thismorning."

One commented: "Dunno why #ThisMorning are trying to pretend that this Xmas day edition is live."
