This Morning have denied claims that the show's competition winners are actually actors.
The ITV daytime show runs competitions all the time, everything from its daily Spin to Win games to huge prize packages involving luxurious holidays, cars and big cash prizes.
And often winners appear on camera or on This Morning s social media channels after their win, to say what a difference it has made to their lives.
However, one viewer wrote it into the show to ask if the winners were actually actors, rather than the real deal.
Addressing these on on air on Monday's show, presenter Alison Hammond read out the message and said: "Dear ITV, when you show previous competition winners on your show, how do we know they are not actors? That is from Melanie in Cardiff.
"Well Melanie from Cardiff, I can assure you they are definitely real because I have met some of them.
I have spoken to some of them on the phone and I can assure you, they're very real.
"And this is me with Sandra in her house! Last year, ITV made more than 500 winners and our next one could be you."
