A food delivery driver says he can no longer get theft insurance for his motor scooter because he has had "too many stolen".
Antonio Ruggiero, 54, from Marlborough Road, Swansea , claims he has had 11 scooters stolen in the last 20 years.
Despite reporting the incidents to the police, he says nobody has ever been convicted.
The two most recent thefts took place on Wednesday, June 26 and Wednesday, July 3.
"I feel unsafe here - the incidents gave me fear and having two incidents in the last week has knocked me for six," he said.

Last Wednesday, Mr Ruggiero's CCTV system caught two people taking his helmet, then a week later it showed somebody taking the number plate from his Sym 125 scooter.
"I couldn't believe how relaxed they seemed pulling out a screwdriver and unscrewing the number plate.
"The CCTV cameras are clearly visible," he added.
Last year, Mr Ruggiero felt so unsafe that he invested in costly security measures in an attempt to deter the thieves.
This included installing seven CCTV cameras, £160 of thick 16mm chains which can't be cut, and motion sensitive alarms.
Mr Ruggiero estimated that over the years, the thefts have cost him around £31,000.
Previous scooters which have been taken from him include a Honda Deluxe and a Suzuki Burgman.
He claims his theft insurance, which rocketed to hundreds of pounds, was stopped six years ago because he had made so many theft complaints. Now, Mr Ruggiero is only able to get accident insurance.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "We received a report of a theft of a number plate from a motorcycle in Marlborough Road on July 3.
"Anyone with information regarding this theft should contact 101 quoting occurrence 1900240427".
