Bless the rains down in Islington.
This Thursday (November 15), one north London venue will play Africa by Toto on repeat for four hours straight.
Promising to play the 80s singalong anthem more than 50 times, back-to-back with no break whatsoever, the Totally Toto club night hosted by the Lexington comes as part of a nationwide fundraising effort.
Other venues in Bristol, Birmingham and Sheffield will also be strapping in for a Toto marathon over the coming month, with 100 per cent of profits dedicated to Temwa, a charity that aims to reduce poverty within the remote communities of Malawi.
The London event will run from 11pm until 3am. So hurry boy, the tickets are waiting there for you — costing £5 and available to buy here — and if they sell out, there will be nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do.
