This is why there was a large police presence in Clipstone this morning.
Officers from Nottinghamshire Police were called to the village on Friday, May 15.
They attended an incident at 11am to the report of a death.
It has now been confirmed that the death was non suspicious.
The age and name of the deceased has not been disclosed nor the location where they were found.
One resident said there was a large police presence in the village throughout the morning.
A spokeswoman for Nottinghamshire Police said: "Police were called just before 11am on Friday, May 15, to a non suspicious sudden death in Clipstone."
