This is why there's a massive tent on College Green this weekend

College Green has been transformed for a story-telling event this weekend.

The Crick Crack Club is running the 'Fabularium Fairytale Festival Bristol' until Sunday (August 1).

A huge tent has been set up as the venue for "fairytales for grown-ups and myths for kids".

On its website, the organiser wrote: "If you’re a thinker, or a dreamer, and you have an imagination which you like to feed - then this is for you!

"And if you’re not sure whether it’s your thing, then come and find out. This is a pop-up, story-fuelled extravaganza in true Crick Crack Club style!"

Tomorrow evening (August 31) the fairytales for grown-ups will be told by Daniel Morden, Nell Phoenix, Tim Ralphs and Tuup.

The event began on Thursday evening (August 29)
