According to the post shared by Uttarakhand Police, the foreign traveller had lost the bag while visiting Rishikesh.
After recovering it, Dehradun Police successfully returned the belongings to the tourist. A video shared online showed police personnel handing over the bag, while the tourist appeared visibly relieved and grateful.
