A police helicopter was used as part of a police hunt for a wanted man.
Officers were in Butler Close, Cropwell Butler, at around 12.30pm on Friday afternoon (July 12).
A spokeswoman said officers were in attendance "as part of a pre-planned operation in connection with a wanted man".
"Officers were at the scene carrying out their investigation," she said.
No arrests have been made. Police confirmed a was in use.
