Liverpool’s Christmas Market will return to the city for 2019 and the dates have been announced.
Liverpool City Council has confirmed that traders will be back at St George’s plateau this Christmas for another year of festive fun.
Each year traders dress their stalls with festive garlands and spread Christmas cheer, offering a range of food, drink, arts and crafts for shoppers to indulge in.
The market has previously been based on other city centre locations such as Church Street and Lord Street, before relocating to St George’s Plateau in 2016.

This year, the Christmas Market will open for business in Liverpool on Saturday, November 16.
Christmas shoppers and those who fancy sampling its food and drink can look forward to just over five weeks of festive fun.
The market will be open to the public until Monday, December 23.
Opening times for this year's Christmas market are yet to be confirmed.
How to get to the Liverpool Christmas Market and where to park
The market is St George's plateau outside St George's Hall, just a stones throw from Liverpool Lime Street, so is easy to reach whether you live in the city or are visiting on the train. Northern Rail and national rail services call at Lime Street and there is a Merseyrail station there if you're arriving from the Wirral.
The market is also a six minute walk from Central station and a five minute walk from Queen Square bus station.
There is plenty of parking nearby, including at St John's Shopping Centre and the Q-Park at Queen Square.
