This is when Everton fans will get their first look at new Umbro away kit

Everton's new Umbro away kit for the 2019/20 season will be revealed this Wednesday.

Marco Silva's side have worn their traditional blue and white colours for each of their three pre-season friendlies so far against Kariobangi Sharks, Sion and Monaco.

However, after fixtures in Kenya and Switzerland, the Blues return to the North West of England for a game at Championship side Wigan Athletic on Wednesday night (7:45pm).

Like Everton , Wigan's home kit is predominantly blue – for 2019/20 it will be all-blue with white pinstripes plus a green round neck collar and trim on the sleeves so it would clash for the visit of Silva's side.

With the Blues having been given an extra 3,600 tickets on top of their original 5,000 allocation, plenty of Evertonians are set to get the chance to see the new away kit up close for the first time at the DW Stadium.

The club are set to use the Wigan Athletic fixture as an opportune moment to launch the kit on the same day with pre-ordering available from July 24 onwards.

Last season's away kit was dark, predominantly black and grey with hot pink trim but some fans have speculated online that the next away kit might be a more traditional white after a club illustration titled “Back home” showed a cartoon of supporters by the Dixie Dean statue outside the Park End of Goodison Park included one wearing a white shirt with “Bernard” written in blue lettering across the shoulders!
