Hair of the dog, a fry up, strong coffee... lots of us have different methods of curing a bad hangover.
But Gogglebox's Ellie Warner revealed what a hangover cure should look like on the Good Friday edition of the show - and it's BEIGE.
Responding to a clip featured in the show of Jamie Oliver suggesting his Asian fried eggs dish could work as a hangover cure, Ellie, who appears on the show with her sister Izzi in Leeds, listed her own method.
"Beige, beige, beige, that's a hangover cure," she said.
"A beige feast, munch. Crisps, sweets, a fry up, bread, pizza, McDonald's... junk, sh*te."
So there you have it. Feeling rough after a night on the tiles? Beige food is what you need.
