This is what Pep Guardiola will tell his Man City players ahead of title showdown with Liverpool

Pep Guardiola claims he is "not nervous" ahead of the final day Premier League decider against Brighton.

Liverpool need to defeat Wolves and hope that City to slip up at Brighton in order to clinch a first Premier League title.

But Guardiola says that there is no pressure on his side -  and he says he won't be telling his players to do anything different when they travel to the AMEX today.

"I am so happy. No nerves at all. I was nervous before Liverpool, seven points behind, and we could be 10 points behind," he said.

"Not now, no way. I sleep like a little boy. It is a dream, a privilege. I love it. The whole of England will be watching, probably Europe. There is no top four, no relegation issues.

"We want to show our game, to our incredible fans coming to support us, dreaming to win the Premier League again. It is a joy to be here in front of you, in front of the players, then Sunday: 'Go out and play like you have done in the last two seasons. Be yourself and whatever happens, it is incredible what you have done.' That’s it."

Guardiola says he won't need to motivate his players on the final day - because they know exactly what needs to be done.

"I don’t have to say anything to motivate," said the manager. "I think my speech will be zero. They want to win the Premier League. What I saw in the training sessions, they want to win it.

"We know we can lose it because of the unpredictability of the game - that is what we saw in the Champions League quarter finals, that is why this game is amazing - but we want to win and we are going to go out there at Brighton at three o’clock to win the game.

"It is in our hands now. We have to deserve to win the game. They know it. It is not necessary to tell them."
