This is the Extinction Rebellion protest schedule for today

Bristol is bracing itself for more disruption today as Extinction Rebellion prepares for a fifth day of protesting.

Hundreds of activists have taken to the streets of Bristol this week to raise awareness of the 'climate emergency'.

Throughout the past few days, protesters have caused disruption throughout the city centre , blocked traffic on the M32 and camped at Castle Park .

An activist for the group said today (July 19) would be the last day of the protest in Bristol however.

He said: "This is the last day in Bristol. The next really big action in London is scheduled for October 7."
