Turnout in the European Elections has risen for the first time across the EU.
While people turning out to vote in some UK regions dropped slightly, overall figures are higher compared to the vote in 2014.
The UK regions to see a higher turnout include the South East of England, the North East and London.
Here is a breakdown of the turnout in your region:
South West
Across the whole of the region, which stretches from Cornwall to Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, and also includes Gibraltar, 40.51 per cent of people registered to vote actually voted.
But the turnout was up on the corresponding figure in 2014, where the turnout was just 37 per cent.
Wales
The turnout in Wales is five percentage points up on 2014, which equates to 37.3 Per cent as against 32 per cent in the previous Euro poll.
West Midlands
Turnout in the West Midlands dropped from 32.4 per cent in 2014 to 31.1 per cent this year
South East
The turnout for the South East of England is 39.36 per cent, which is up from 36.3 per cent in 2014.
London
The regional voting turnout figure for London is 41.3 per cent, up from 40.1 per cent in 2014.
Yorkshire and the Humber
The turnout for this region is 33.52 per cent.
Tis figure remains almost unchanged on the 2014 figure.
North West
The turnout in this region is 33.1 per cent.
North East
The north-east has 32.7 per cent, which is slightly up from 31.6 per cent
Northern Ireland
In Northern Ireland, it dropped to 45.1 per cent, down from 51 per cent compared to 2014.
