This is the cheapest house on the market in Merseyside right now

If you think you have to have a lot of money in order to become a homeowner, then think again.

With a budget of £30k, you could find yourself with a two bedroom semi-detached house in Merseyside.

And best of all, you don't need to be handy with a hammer or skilled with a saw, as this house is understood to only need some cosmetic work.

We've scoured the RightMove to find the cheapest house on the market in the region right now - and you may be surprised what a bit of cash can get you.

Inside 11 Primrose Court

This two-bedroom semi-detached house located in Huyton has a modern outward appearance.

Situated on a estate between Primrose Drive and Hillside Avenue, commuters will benefit from the M57 motorway being just minutes away.

Local amenities and schools are close by and Liverpool city centre is approximately just seven miles away.

As well as being the ideal first home, the house would be great purchase for any investors, with a potential annual income of in excess of £5,800 per annum.

Despite having a guide price of £30,000+, the house has double glazing and gas central heating.

Whilst, SDL Auctions Graham Penny have not inspected the property, they believe the ground floor consists of a lounge, kitchen and a downstairs toilet.

It is thought the two bedrooms are on the first floor, whist a bathroom is also upstairs.

The house has a guide price of £30,000 (Liverpool ECHO)

Outside, there is a low maintenance garden to the front with a driveway for off road parking. There is also a garden to the rear of the property.

If you are interested, the house is for sale by auction on Friday October 25 at Derby Auctions, commencing at 11.30am.

Each property sold is subject to a Reserve Price. The Reserve Price, which is agreed between the seller and the auctioneer just prior to the auction, will be within + or – 10% of the Guide Price.

The Guide Price is issued solely as a guide so that a buyer can consider whether or not to pursue their interest.

Both the Guide Price and the Reserve Price can be subject to change up to and including the day of the auction.

A full definition of the Guide Price and the Reserve Price can be found in the Buyers Terms.
