There are plenty of reasons for Edinburgh residents to be jealous of other towns. The lack of roadworks, for one thing. And the fact that other UK cities don't turn into a crazy hive of activity every August.
And now you can add 'Greggs deliveries' to that list, as London, Newcastle, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield and Nottingham all either have, or are getting, Greggs deliveries via Just Eat for a £1.50 fee.
Greggs tested out Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo before choosing Just Eat to carry their sausage rolls and steak bakes around the various cities, and today announced they plan to partner with Just Eat from now on.
The cities have been chosen to be among the first to get Greggs deliveries to their door based on votes from the public.
Greggs fans can vote for Edinburgh to receive delivery next as Just Eat and Greggs will be reviewing rollout plans every few months and prioritising cities with the highest level of demand.
