Plans for a huge seven-storey office and apartment block near Cardiff's Tramshed have been revealed.
The new building is planned on vacant land alongside the Grangetown events venue, and new images show it would tower over the surrounding area.
It would have at least 7,500sq ft of commercial office space on its first two floors, while its third floor would have 16 apartments for residential or work use, and the three top levels will be 12 serviced apartments.
There would be an under-croft on the ground floor for vehicle access to the existing Tramshed.
The original developers of the Tramshed are behind the plans and the new building is seen as phase two of the project.

The plans have been resurrected 18 months after a proposal was put on hold following objections - including from the operators of the Tramshed.
Fresh concern has now been raised about how people leaving the Tramshed after events will disperse if the new building is in place.
Councillors Ashley Lister and Lynda Thorne will formally oppose the development.
Cllr Lister said: "We welcomed the Tramshed when it was developed but we do think adding this to the site is going to be an over-development of the site.
"We're going to have dispersal issues in Grangetown at the end of gigs.
"All in all I think they have a really good community venue. Adding anything of this scale is going to lead to the detriment of that project."

When the plans were first revealed in 2017, the Tramshed operators expressed concerns over where tour buses and trucks would park, and building works causing "significant business interruption" which could "make the Tramshed not viable for us to continue".
Developer TS Developments, in an updated application to Cardiff council, said: "For occasional larger articulated vehicles that may need access to the performance space it is proposed that these vehicles stop on Clare Road and reverse into the service yard under supervision, then leave forwards, subject to agreement by the Highways Authority."
No parking spaces are planned within the development as the site is "centrally located and served by public transport", the developer says.

The statement likens the south facade of the building to a "large framed glazed ‘eye’ looking towards the Bay".
It says: "The height is thought appropriate as the building is situated along the railway line, near to other tall buildings with similar situations such as the old Bakery at the eastern end of Pendyris Street, and the new office building between Wood Street and Central Station.
"The new proposed building will not create overshadowing to any immediate neighbours – the proposed new building stands to the north of any adjacent neighbours, and has the wide stretch of railway and railway embankments immediately to its north.
"The concept is for a building that has a sympathy and harmony to the Tramshed in tone and material, but that is at the same time distinct and has it’s own design integrity."
