This hilarious video breakdown of Max Scherzer’s meltdowns over sticky searches is too good

Last night’s Nationals-Phillies game got really ridiculous.

Max Scherzer got searched not once, not twice, but three times by umps to see if he had any foreign sticky substances on his body.

One of those searches led to an ump actually rubbing Scherzer’s sweaty head to make sure there was nothing illegal going on up there. For real.

Phillies manager Joe Girardi got ejected after he came out of his dugout and started yelling at the Nationals’ dugout and now we know what he was saying – he wanted to fight Washington’s hitting coach, Kevin Long, who had yelled some bad words at him after the fifth inning.

It was all madness. Beautiful madness.

This video below by Jomboy is worth 4 minutes and 52 seconds of your time today. It’s such a great and funny breakdown of all that happened last night in Philadelphia. There are some bad words in it so if that’s not your thing then run for the hills.

So good.
