Whether you like or not, veganism is on the rise and more and more plant-based eateries are popping around the capital.
You can now add another one to the list because Chapter One Coffee Shop near Haymarket has just been transformed into a completely vegan cafe.
Writing to their customers on Facebook, Chapter One said: "From 5th June we will stop serving animal products, in an effort to be a better business for people, the planet and animals.
"We will still be serving all your favourites in a plant-based version!
"Thank you so much for understanding and hope to see you soon."
As well as instagrammable coffees, they have a whole host of baked goods that are now completely guilt-free on their new menu, made with no animal products at all.
This includes their delicious-looking cheddar and chive scones, cinnamon scones and raspberry scones, which would go perfectly with a brew.
Or maybe you will be swayed by their vegan raspberry and chocolate cupcake? But then there is also the dairy-free affogato...and the vegan almond raspberry and chocolate cake...
You can find this hidden gem on the corner of Dalry Road and Orwell Place, just a five minute walk from Haymarket Train Station.
