This graphic about Tacko Fall comically depicts his efficient NBA debut

Tacko Fall took over the final four minutes of the Boston Celtics’ win over the New York Knicks on Saturday night.

Forget the context. (Boston was blowing out New York.) Tacko was a stud for those four minutes.

The 7-foot-6 rookie, who went undrafted in 2019 but managed to earn a two-way contract with Boston, finished the game shooting 2 of 4 with three rebounds. (He also somehow managed two personal fouls. Let’s blame that high-volume fouling on his long limbs.) His first NBA bucket came on a dunk where his feet were still touching the ground, which seems like an absolutely fitting moment for the 23-year-old sensation.

His insanely prolific outing earned him a hilarious postgame graphic that matched the hype surrounding the NBA’s largest player.

Not even the Knicks fans could contain their excitement at seeing Fall’s NBA debut. That’s right: a New York crowd cheered on one of Boston’s player. The rookie center is transcending one of sports’ biggest rivalries.

NBA fans and media members on Twitter were just as thrilled.

Fall said he is working on his hook shot — and even his 3-point shot. He joked that he’s open to entering the 3-point competition. No doubt, his appearance would boost ratings.
