This Glasgow restaurant is selling Pink Gin sweet & sour chicken

Much to our benefit, it seems in recent times that Glasgow restaurants are experimenting with some pretty amazing - and wacky sounding - new dishes for us to get our teeth stuck in to.

From one Glasgow bar serving up Irn Bru pulled pork poutine to hungry punters to an Indian restaurant offering a one-off ‘Masala Twist Fish Supper', the list of novel and exciting things to try just seems to get bigger and bigger.

And now, thanks to one Chinese restaurant in the city, we can add 'Pink Gin Sweet & Sour chicken' to the mix.

Panda Chinese Cuisine, based at the Glasgow Quay next to the River Clyde, announced its latest creation on its Facebook page on Friday.

The restaurant, which walked away with Restaurant Of The Year at Scottish Asian & Business Awards last year, is now serving it as part of their menu - for those brave enough to give it a go!
