This fake customer service account trolls shoppers and it's the best thing you'll see all day

We all know that shopping can sometimes be an absolute nightmare.

From being given one shoe instead of two, to being sent *actual* shoe laces as a substitute for strawberry sweets, we've all had some pretty dodgy retail experiences.

As a result, it can be tempting to vent on social media - that is the best place for your gripes to be seen, after all.

However, we often forget the poor souls manning customer services, and don't realise how frustrating some of our complaints can be.

One internet prankster named The Amazing Troll-Man is on a mission to end this, and has been masquerading as a fake disgruntled employee while answering to a string of Facebook complaints.

The hilarious troll has his Facebook name set to 'Customer Service', and changes his profile picture to match the companies which he's replied to complaints for accordingly.

Meme page ' Motivate Me Drunk ' shared screengrabs of various conversation, much to the delight of Facebook users.

Here's some of the best ones:

The Amazing Troll Man went old skool with his corny response to this complaint (The Amazing Troll Man)
Don't be a grass, Louise (The Amazing Troll Man)

People absolutely love The Amazing Troll Man's work, and he's received some pretty awesome reviews on his Facebook page.

"Brightens my day, awesome hilarious replies to daily whines and great to see some people finding the funny side to it aswell. keep up the great work," said one impressed follower.

Another added: "Absolutely fantastic if only customer service made us smile this much."

So next time you're thinking of complaining about something - whether it be a restaurant, shopping experience or beauty treatment, just remember that The Amazing Troll man is watching you.
