Arsenal may be focusing their efforts on strengthening in the transfer market, but it seems that they may have a starlet of their own.
Eddie Nketiah is regarded as one of the hottest prospects to come through the Gunners' youth set up in recent years and has even been given an opportunity to impress in Unai Emery's first team squad.
The 20-year-old is part of the Arsenal squad who are currently taking part in the US pre-season tour and really made his presence known in the victory over Bayern Munich.
Despite only coming on in the 81st minute, the Lewisham-born frontman scored the winning goal seven minutes later to see the Gunners to victory over the German giants.
That goal was thoroughly deserved as well, with Nketiah putting the Bayern defence under all sorts of pressure late on as his tireless running forced the oppositiion into a number of uncertain moments.
It remains to be seen whether Nketiah will be deemed ready to feature on a regular basis for Arsenal this season, but there's no doubt what the fans want to see happen going into the new campaign.
