If you haven't gathered already, the team here at Edinburgh Live love a weird property listing, incredible dream homes and insane bargain houses.
Now, we've discovered an Instagram account that will make you want to move house immediately and those who don't live in Scotland will want to join us ASAP.
Cheap Scottish Houses, created by illustrator Maggie Molloy, posts the cheapest - and most beautiful - properties from around the country, featuring loads of stunning houses from across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
The account also has a weekly 'Property Digest' that you can subscribe to on their official website for just a fiver a month which gives you full access to Maggie's amazing finds.
This week the newsletter featured a whopping 28 properties from across the country - all under the price of 100k, with the cheapest starting at £30,000.
The website reads: "We don't sell property - we just handpick the cheapest ones from around the internet each week and share them with you.
"We sort through hundreds of properties every week and separate the diamonds from the rough so you don't have to.
"Our Instagram feed showcases just 1 find per day, but we have so many more waiting to be discovered!"
The five-pound-a-month newsletter gives you receive an email each week on a Wednesday evening featuring photos, links and prices for all the properties that the Cheap Scottish Houses team have found that week - the rest is up to you!
