Thiruvananthapuram: Corp staff among 2 held with MDMA

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kadinamkulam police arrested two people for possessing MDMA at Thonikadavu on Saturday night. The arrested persons were identified as Ajmal, 24, a resident of Pullampara and Sivaprasad, 29 a resident of Anavoor. Sivaprasad is employed with the city corporation. The police said that they were arrested during night patrol. The police were on a routine vehicle check and two MDMA packets were recovered from the vehicle in which the accused were travelling. The accused have been charged with section 22(B) of the NDPS Act.
