Thirsty Dublin group racks up impressive drinks bill in 105 minute time limit

An excited Dublin gang has racked up an impressive drinks bill in The Camden in Dublin City Centre within their 105 minute time limit.

The five people ordered an drank a total of; 15 pints of Guinness; 8 pints of Bulmers; 5 Graffinga Pinot and 1 Sauvignon Blanc before receiving their enormous bill.

But, the group doesn't regret the chance to have a drink and some fun at all - despite the cost.

Speaking to Dublin Live, one of them, Shane 'The Dog Dancer' Coppinger said that they were already making plans for a similar dinner date over the weekend.

He told Dublin Live: "Oh I suppose, we've been planning our return to the Dragon's Den (their nickname for The Camden) for a few weeks now since we heard the news of the reopening.

"The minute we came up to the doors, we started getting excited, we were thinking 'yes, we're back! Enter the Dragon!'.

He continued: "We'd be suck calves for the auld drinks but we're hoping to add a few Jager-john-bombs to our next list when we come back over the weekend."

"The gargantuan bill was worth every single penny."

As per restrictions, the gang had to pair their drinks with some delicious bites to eat from the bar, ordering steak, pizza, chicken tenders and fish and chips

All the drinks, food and laughs came to a whopping total of €254.70.
