Most of the UK is in the middle of a four-day weekend, with Easter Bank Holidays bookending Saturday and Sunday.
Easter is widely marked in Britain by gorging on chocolate eggs, having a roast dinner with the family and breaking the 'Lent' fast.
It also marks a seasonal change to spring, and new life.
Though for many - Easter is simply a time to enjoy some time off. But those who work in hospitality are not so lucky, with many facing four busy days behind the bar or waiting on tables full of people enjoying their break.
