Puzzlair Escape Rooms

Puzzlair has the biggest set of escape rooms in Bristol (Puzzlair)

If rain is lashing the windows and you're stuck inside feeling bored, Puzzlair Escape Rooms will set your heart racing.

The first of its kind in Bristol, Puzzlair now has the biggest set of rooms in the city and can host up to 31 people at once.

With just an hour to solve their tricky puzzles, you'll forget all about the weather as you struggle to escape before your time runs out.

Watershed

Harbourside cinema Watershed is famed for its independent movie showings and its classy cafe bar. It was even nominated for a Bristol Loves 'Best Date Night' award in 2019.

Jungle Rumble

For those with a more competitive spirit – or if you’re just Adventure Golf fans - Jungle Rumble in Cabot Circus is the perfect way to have some light-hearted fun.

St James' Priory

St James' Priory is the longest-running church in Bristol, dating back to 1124. Those who enjoy stunning architecture and tranquil surroundings will be in for a treat at the Grade-I listed building on Whitson Street in the city centre.

The Lanes

The Lanes in Nelson Street boasts five 10-pin bowling lanes, a karaoke room and pool tables. It also serves up delicious pizzas, milkshake and craft beer.

For those after some night-time fun following their rainy day out, the quirky venue offers live music, club nights and karaoke.

Brunel's SS Great Britain

A gem of Isambard Kingdom Brunel's legacy, the SS Great Britain was rescued from the rocks of the Falkland Islands and brought back to Bristol, where it was restored to its former glory.

It's now officially the biggest tourist attraction in the South West, great for both kids and adults.

M Shed

M Shed on Princes Wharf tells the story of Bristol and its place in the world from prehistoric times all the way to the present day.

You can see amazing videos and photographs, hear moving personal stories, encounter rare and quirky objects, and add your own memories of Bristol.

It also boasts a great little café and shop.

Clifton Observatory and Caves

The Clifton Observatory is an iconic landmark in the Bristol landscape with spectacular views of Bristol, Avon Gorge, and the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Today it is home to the 360 café, a museum featuring a rare Victorian-era Camera Obscura, and the atmospheric and mythical Giant’s Cave.

Bristol Museum

Bristol Museum, on Queens Road, offers a hugely eclectic mix of artefacts and art. That includes the best-preserved dinosaurs ever found in Britain and Egyptian mummies. The museum also has an excellent café and shop.

Aerospace Bristol

This aerospace museum on Hayes Way, Filton, tells the story of the city’s famous aerospace industry. A highlight is the chance to step aboard the iconic aircraft Concorde Alpha Foxtrot.

Bristol Beer Factory

Brewer led tours are held in the city centre factory every Tuesday and run throughout the year.

They are a great way to learn about the brewing process and give an opportunity to answer those burning questions you have about how your favourite drink is made.
