Thieves stole a moped from a care home in Bishopsworth over the weekend.
Police have now launched an investigation following the theft which they believed happened anytime between 9pm on Saturday 15 August and 9am the following morning.
A spokesperson for the force has urged anyone who witnessed the theft to contact the police.
The police spokesperson said: "We are investigating the reported theft of a moped from the Queens Road area of Bishopsworth.
"The red Lexmoto moped is believed to have been taken between 9pm on Saturday 15 August and 9am the following morning.
"Enquiries are ongoing.
