Thieves caught stealing autistic 11-year-old boy's beloved dog in broad daylight

This is the shocking moment a man and a woman were caught on camera stealing a puppy from a young boy's garden moments after he got off a school bus.

Christian, an 11-year-old boy with severe autism, noticed two people walking away with a puppy that resembled his all-black pitbull with a white chest named Cobra on McKinney Street in Detroit.

He ran to his backyard and found his four-month-old Cobra missing then dashed out to chase after the pair.

Security camera footage shows the boy desperately running on the street and asking the man to return his dog.

The incident, which happened last Friday, was witnessed by the school bus driver who had to make sure Christian was accompanied by an adult, according to Clickon Detroit.

The driver could not leave until Christian was inside his home, so the suspects appeared to return the dog and attempted to get Christian back in his house.
