Thierry Henry has hit back at Jose Mourinho's dig at Arsenal, claiming he never thought about Tottenham during his career.
The Spurs boss reacted angrily after a social media post from Arsenal following Tottenham's 3-1 defeat to Sheffield United.
The Blades ran out comfortable winners in a disappointing Tottenham display and Arsenal, having beaten Sheffield United in the FA Cup four days earlier, took advantage.
The Gunners' media team posted the highlights of their victory on social media with the caption "It’s not easy beating Sheffield United at Bramall Lane. Here’s a reminder of how it’s done".
It brought about the angry reaction from Mourinho who said: "If they [Arsenal] were top of the league or fighting for top four in a really good moment they wouldn’t enjoy the problems of others.
"You only enjoy the problems of others when you are also in trouble. In the end, it says more about them.
"They don’t have much to celebrate [so] they have to get every opportunity to do it. They are in a very similar situation to us in the table."
In this back and forth between the two clubs, ahead of this weekend's north London derby, Henry has now waded in with the latest jibe.
"It’s going to be a weird one, it’s going to be the first one where it’s going to be in this type of situation," he told ESPN.
"It’s going to be funny to hear Mourinho talk about it.
"I saw the other day he already started to have a go at Arsenal, that was pretty funny at the end of the day.
"But no, listen, I didn’t think about it too much. Because I don’t think about Tottenham and I never did in fairness so it won’t change."
