Chicago police are warning residents of three vehicle thefts reported in January in Lawndale on the West Side.
In each incident, someone stole vehicles parked on the street, according to a community alert from Chicago police.
The thefts happened:
- About 10 a.m. Jan. 14, in the 1200 block of South Karlov Avenue;
- Between 10 p.m. Jan. 19 and 10 a.m. Jan. 20, in the 1400 block of South Kostner Avenue; and
- About 3 p.m. Jan. 20, in the 3700 block of West Roosevelt Road.
