Frank Lampard has urged his Everton squad not to give those outside the club the panic they desire in these final stages of the season as the relegation battle intensifies.
The Blues find themselves into the bottom three heading into a crucial last six matches of the Premier League campaign. Burnley and Leeds United are two and five points ahead respectively, although both have played one more game than Lampard's men.
The manager knows the talk that is taking place around his side's form and their position in the table, and says that should be expected for players at a club of this calibre. However, he wants them to keep the positive attitude going as much as they possibly can with their work behind-closed-doors.

He admitted: "The outside world will love it, they want panic. We're a huge club, clubs in and around us will not get the media and the following that we get because it's Everton.
"We have to take that on the chin, that's the size of the club and what we represent. But behind closed doors, how we train, how we prepare, how we feel as players and staff - we have to be positive and really believe. Keep going for the last six games. Believe that if it's a shootout between those teams around us, we'll win the shootout."
Anthony Gordon was one of the highlights for his side once again when they lost to Liverpool last time out. The winger was a constant thorn in the side of Trent Alexander-Arnold and could have won a penalty with the scores still at 0-0 in the second half.
And Lampard has made clear what the youngster needs to add to his game next, although he doesn't want him to put too much pressure on himself at this stage.
"He's growing, we saw that. Coming and playing against one of the best teams in the world, going past people - showing the energy, quality and dedication," he added.
"The only bit that's now next for Anthony is real end product of goals and assists. He's desperate for it, it'll come for him and he needs to stay cool with that. Every day he works on it, he does the right thing. He's going to be a huge player for us and a huge player for his country."
