Newsagents across Lanarkshire will shut early on Sunday night to allow workers time to get home for the Euro 2020 final.
The McColl's chain has announced all its stores across the country will now shut at 7.45pm, 15 minutes ahead of the kick off at the big match at Wembley.
In a nod to many of their Scottish workers, store bosses added that they hope locals will enjoy the game "whoever they are supporting".
The store announcement read: "It's been a challenging year for all of us and we want to let all our colleagues enjoy it (the final).
"We hope you understand and are watching the game too (whoever you are supporting!)".

The stores will be open at their normal times again on Monday.
Italy defeated Spain on penalties after a 1-1 draw to reach the final, while England beat Denmark 2-1 after an extra time winner from Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
