Every haute couture season, there are numerous designers who decide to close their runway shows with a wedding-worthy creation. Frequently topped off with an equally grand veil. Although, in many cases, nuptial dresses aren't restricted to the finale. There are usually several looks that could theoretically walk down the aisle. As anticipated, the Spring 2024 Haute Couture wedding looks are truly dreamy.

Now there are quite a few traditional silhouettes to choose from. Christian Dior's contributions are pretty straightforward in the form of elegant sleeveless dresses. Georges Hobeika's stunner features 3-D accents. While Alexis Mabille's lacy number may need to be lined for any church ceremonies.

On the other end of the bridal spectrum, there are lots of unconventional options. In addition to the aforementioned sheer lace dress, Mabille delivered a striking wedding suit with trousers that include see-through lace hems. Georges Chakra transformed a blazer dress into an elaborate wedding dress with a grand train. Then there's Schiaparelli. The notoriously avant-garde fashion house once again delivered high fashion with several wedding dresses, a couple completely shielded models' faces. Obviously that doesn't work in the real world, but the beautiful architecture of these pieces makes them aspirational for any bride. There's also a shiny white suit with an exaggerated cinched waist that can serve as inspiration for those looking for gown alternatives that still make an impact.

Giorgio Armani always goes the extra sartorial mile. Case in point: Two champagne embellished gowns, one with fringe, one with long sleeves. Elie Saab is pretty reliable, too. This haute couture season sees the designer embracing off-white and blush tones. The sculpted sleeves on Rami Al Ali's gown steal the spotlight in the best possible way. Tony Ward's ecru gown has extravagant sides. Tamara Ralph went old school supplying a slouchy shoulder dress giving off major art deco vibes. Then there's her moody gray floral gown that seems fit for a princess. Giambattista Valli added a fluffy cape to an off-white strapless column dress to up the ante. Another of the designer's creations has a real Grecian feel to it.

Jean Paul Gaultier is a somewhat surprising nuptial source this season thanks to Simone Rocha. Sure, there are some over-the-top offerings, but the bridal-leaning pieces can work IRL. OK, the see-through fringed number may require a lining, but if you're looking for full, ballerina tutu-style skirts, look no further.

When it comes to head coverings, veils rival the gowns on the attention front. Gaultier presented a veil that covered a whole dress. The previously cited Hobeika dress is paired with an embellished veil. Rahul Mishra's elaborate cut-out dress is further enhanced by a statement covering. Ralph's royal number included a coordinating floral headpiece. Valli's went with hair bows on top, but wrapped models' locks with colorful bouquets best seen from the back. Perfect for everyone to get a glimpse as they watch the bride saunter down the aisle.
