These New Moto Goggles Look Sick, Are Perfect For Both Casual And Pro Riders Alike

When you’re ripping through a moto track or chasing dust on your favorite trail, goggles don’t usually get the same love as helmets, boots, or gloves. But anyone who’s eaten a face full of roost knows they matter a whole lot. The right pair keeps your vision clear, blocks the glare, and saves you from rocks or dirt flying off the guy in front.

Skip on quality and you’ll know right away.

That’s where Pit Viper comes in. The Utah-based brand doesn’t exactly play it safe. It’s built a following by being loud, bright, and unapologetically over the top. A quick visit to its webiste reminds you of an unhinged motocross blog site from the early 2000s, complete with Times New Roman fonts and bright neon colors. As for the goggles, their patterns are wild, the colors are bolder than most riders would dare, and the whole vibe is equal parts fun and functional. If you’re the type whose entire personality is about standing out, Pit Viper is made for you.

This year, the brand is adding two new goggles to the lineup. The first is the Brapstrap, a refined take on their go-to model. It’s built for the rider who wants something dependable without dropping pro-level money. Pit Viper says that the fit is more comfortable than the old version, and it still checks all the right boxes: a removable nose guard for extra protection, an adjustable strap that stays put, a polycarbonate frame tough enough to handle regular abuse, and lenses with full UVA/UVB protection. At $50 to $60, it’s the kind of gear you can beat up, wash off, and ride with again the next weekend.

On the higher end, Pit Viper has the World Champion.

These goggles are meant for riders who live at full throttle and don’t want to second-guess their gear. They’re more premium in fit and finish, built to handle the demands of racing and long days at the track. Pit Viper says that they're made out of sturdier materials, come with a more dialed-in fit, and come in finishes that look like they belong on the starting gate at a supercross round. At $120—double that of the entry-level Brapstrap—they’re priced for people who notice the difference between “good enough” and “race ready.”

What really ties both models together is Pit Viper’s trademark style. They’re not just goggles you wear—they’re goggles people notice. Between the loud colorways and bold design, they make it clear you’re not trying to blend in. And in a sport where individuality is as much a part of the culture as performance, that might be just as important as the features themselves.

The takeaway’s pretty simple: Pit Viper didn’t reinvent the good old-fashioned moto goggle, but they made them harder to ignore.
