These melting unicorn and dinosaur hot chocolate bombs from Home Bargains are very cute

There's nothing better when it's cold outside than a lovely warming hot chocolate.

And adults and kids alike will get an extra burst of joy when they dunk these treats from Home Bargains into warm milk.

The dinosaurs and unicorns are filled with chocolate chips and marshmallows that pop out once the chocolate shell has melted away, turning your hot milk into a warm chocolatey dream.

Eagle-eyed bargain hunters have already spotted that the discount retailer is selling a case of 10 on their website for £14.90, selling them out.

But on its Instagram page, Home Bargains says the dinosaurs and unicorns are available in-store for £1.49 each.

With there still being snow on the ground over much of Britain, the bombs are a perfect way to warm up after an afternoon throwing snowballs or building snowmen.

They're also a great alternative to the traditional chocolate egg if you're looking to surprise friends and family with a thoughtful gift this easter.

Home Bargains tends to sell its chocolate in bulk online, so if you have a lot of children in the family to buy little Easter gestures for this year, it might be worth a gander.

Aero's bubbly mini eggs look right up our street, and Home Bargains is selling a case of a dozen 70g bags of them for £9.48.
