These gorgeous flats for sale are the most expensive in Bristol

We can all agree Bristol is a great place to live.

And if you are lucky enough to afford some of the city's most expensive homes, you really will be living in style.

But with space in the city centre at a premium many are opting for flats, particularly next to Bristol's beauty spots like the harbour and Clifton Downs.

Below are some of the priciest apartments that are on the market at the moment.

Kensington Apartments, Redland Court Road, Bristol, BS6 7BQ

This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath flat can be yours for the relatively (for this list) low price of £895,000.

Savills spokesman Sarah Wright said: "Part of the exclusive Alderman’s Park development, this architect-designed fourth floor penthouse enjoys uninterrupted city scape views reaching as far as Lansdown in Bath.

"Set on the cusp of Durdham Downs and within striking distance of Whiteladies Road, the property will appeal to buyers who are looking for spacious lateral living in a great location.”

This penthouse is situated right in the city centre with views that overlook one of Bristol’s beautiful canals.

“Situated just a few steps from Queen Square, this impressive Queen Square Avenue penthouse is an ideal apartment for making the most of all that Bristol has to offer, " said estate agents Savills.

"The entire apartment is flooded with light and offers panoramic views which take in the cityscape and harbourside. The private garage is also a real advantage in this part of the city.”

This flat has its own roof terrace that overlooks a canal.

Savills agent Dan Harris said: “This is the last remaining penthouse available on the Huller & Cheese development and an opportunity to own a piece of Bristol’s industrial history.

"Set on the fifth floor and boasting vaulted ceilings and two terraces, the apartment overlooks the city’s vibrant floating harbour and offers fantastic views over the city.”
