Three Bristol coffee shops have been named as some of the best in the UK by a travel website.
Big 7 Travel's caffeinated league table features Small Street Espresso, The Epiphany Cafe at the Royal West of England Academy and Full Court Press in Broad Street.
Votes to find out the top 50 coffee shops in England were cast in a poll of Big 7 readers across its 1.5million strong community on social media, and by a panel of coffee experts.
Online reviews, previous media coverage and notable blogs were also included in the overall rating, compiled by the online guide, which highlights places to eat and drink and the most unmissable things to do for adventurous travellers.

Big 7 focused mostly on small independent coffee shops which “go above and beyond” to bring new flavours and techniques to their local communities, and businesses and people who are "super passionate" about coffee, in terms of how they source, roast and serve it.
Coming in at number 36 on the list was Small Street Espresso - and was the highest ranking Bristol entry.
The coffee shop in Bristol’s Old City was praised for serving “amazing espresso, filter cakes and sarnies” since 2012.
Next up was The Epiphany Café located at the bottom of Whiteladies Road.
Coming in at number 40 the entry read: “The fuss-free, contemporary menu at The Epiphany focuses on high-quality, locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, treated with love and care. You’ll struggle to find a better food and coffee offering in the country.”
And the final Bristol entry on the list was Full Court Press in Broad Street which was ranked at number 45.
It was praised for its focus on “honesty” and described as a “perfectly sized warm, charming and picturesque room in which to spend drinking really good coffee”.
