These Arsenal fans are saying the same thing about Nicolas Pepe as Gunners prepare for Angers

Arsenal may be about to face Angers in their latest pre-season test tonight (Wednesday), but it is clear what some fans want from the Gunners.

Unai Emery's side have made the trip to France to face the Ligue 1 side at Stade Raymond Kopa this evening (Wednesday), with Arsenal confirming a 20-man squad for the game.

That includes Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Sokratis, Nacho Monreal, Matteo Guendouzi and Granit Xhaka, along with a number of young players such as Robbie Burton, Zech Medley and Gabriel Martinelli.

But the post on social media confirming the travelling party for the game has got Arsenal fans talking, and not about the squad.

Instead, plenty of Arsenal fans have been responding to the club's post to question when the signing of Nicolas Pepe will be confirmed.

The Lille winger is expected to join Arsenal in the coming days in a club record deal worth around £72million, with the 24-year-old arriving in London this week for a medical ahead of a proposed move.

The Ivory Coast international was pictured entering the club's London Colney training base yesterday (Tuesday) and a leaked video has emerged showing the 24-year-old in a media shoot for the photography that will be used in his unveiling.

Official confirmation has not yet been forthcoming from the club, but that is what many Arsenal fans want ahead of tonight's game against Angers.

Here's what some Gunners fans have been saying on Twitter this afternoon (Wednesday).
